TOTAL BRAIN HEALTH SELECTED AS THE BRAIN HEALTH PARTNER

FOR NEW HONOR EXPERT PROGRAM

(Cedar Grove, May 2022) Total Brain Health has been selected as the brain health partner for Honor’s new call center program called Honor Expert. Honor Expert – which currently has 14 national partners, including Amazon Business, Best Buy, SelectRX, and Freshly – allows older adults and their families to call a dedicated toll-free number for quick access to information they need on caregiving.

The Honor Expert program also supports online chat for asking questions about major aging-related topics, such as brain health and wellness, care planning, and home management. Users can access educational resources, tools, products, and services from the partners that address whatever aging issue they are facing.

In addition to the online portal, Honor Expert offers a helpline where callers connect directly with a professional social worker, removing the friction and frustration families often face when researching problems and seeking solutions.

The platform transforms care for older adults worldwide by creating better access to answers and concrete resolutions for every aging need. “Now, more than ever, seniors and their loved ones are looking for guidance on navigating aging-related concerns. We’re answering the call, literally, and partnering with some of the best in the business to address obstacles to care and deliver real, tangible solutions,” said Seth Sternberg, CEO, and co-founder of Honor. “Navigating health issues and solutions as people age is a massive pain point for our clients around the world, and through the Honor Expert service, we’re enabling seniors and their loved ones to more quickly and easily identify aging-related challenges and find solutions before they escalate into larger problems.”

Total Brain Health is excited to participate in this ground-breaking program as Dr. Cynthia Green guides curriculum and resources for improving brain health and awareness across the globe. “The key to staving off cognitive decline is to proactively manage lifestyle risk factors and to introduce novel ways to exercise our brains. Our Total Brain Health programs bring fun cognitive training workouts into your home that can be done on your own, or together with a care provider. Whether you’ve received a diagnosis of memory loss, or are simply looking for a way to rev up recall, the TBH TOOLBOX365, and TBH BUILD MY MEMORY! programs offer everyone a path to building better brain health,” says Dr. Green.

To help all minds thrive – no matter the age or ability, Total Brain Health is delighted to serve as a critical resource for the Honor Expert program. The new offering follows Honor’s acquisition of Home Instead and recent $370 million funding, which has enabled the company to develop and scale more innovative technology and deliver on its mission to expand the world’s capacity to care.
