TBH Smart Smoothie

This smoothie is healthy, tasty, and chock-full of brain-boosting berries.


1-1/2 cups berries, frozen or fresh (strawberries, pitted cherries, blueberries, raspberries)

1-2 bananas, very ripe 

4-6 ice cubes (can omit if using frozen berries)

1 cup orange juice or almond coconut, or soy milk (or low-fat milk)

Optional: Honey, nut butter, fat-free Greek yogurt, cocao powder (unsweetened)


1. Combine ingredients in large blender.

2. Blend to desired consistency and enjoy.
