30 Days to Faster Thinking: Day 22 – Mirror Mirror

Welcome to Day 22 of our 30 Days To Faster Thinking, a free guide to help you unlock your potential to more nimble thinking and to strengthen your focus and attention for a better memory — in just a few minutes each day.

Mirror Mirror:

Novel situations help to stimulate the brain in ways that can encourage brain cell growth for faster processing.

Try This Now:

Try cutting out a hole on two sides of closed cardbox book. Place a blank piece of paper inside the box and a small, upright mirror outside of the box that reflects the image of the paper so you can see it. Place your dominant hand inside the box on the opposite end from the mirror and draw a picture of a star on the paper looking only at the image reflected in the mirror.

Boost It:

To make it harder, try drawing a building, a horse and even a person. This will definitely challenge how your brain usually sees the world.
