Studies have shown that folks who become skilled jugglers increase their brain volume. Keeping all those balls in the air is a great brain workout that taps many of the physical and mental skills known to change with age.
TRY THIS! Practice juggling using some small scarves, bean bags, or soft balls. Start with just one object, and see if you can add another, and possibly a third. Having fun? Get a friend to join in with you!
