TRY THIS! For today’s brain play, we’re going to slow down to get ahead. Set a timer for 3 minutes, and take that time to simply practice breathing deeply. Try closing your eyes and focusing on the wave of your breath, slowing the rhythm and deepening your breath as you do so.
